What type of entity are we?
[dephoro] Organization (or "[dephoro] Dream") is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation based in Colorado, and founded in 2022. [dephoro] Organization and [dephoro] Corporation are separate entities which operate in tandem. [dephoro] Network refers to the collective, but it is a term and not a legal entity.
Are donations tax deductible?
In many cases, yes.
Are donations and shop purchases refundable?
With the exception of extreme cases, donations are non-refundable. For extreme cases, please contact us. All shop items are refundable. View our Refund & Return Policy for more detailed information.
How is the organization's ownership split?
All shares for [dephoro] Organization are owned by a single person. No shares are available for purchase, nor do we accept investments in return for shares.
Why are we doing this?
We want to see humanity, as in each human in their own chosen way, thrive. We are willing to make the personal sacrifices required to enable this. The [dephoro] Network is a tool for you to utilize.
How can you get involved?
We post our open positions to the [dephoro] Careers site. For fundraising inquiries and to donate physical items and equipment, please contact us.
How are the donations used?
Donations are used exclusively on the campaign they are donated to. Some overflow funding may be transferred to our Internal Support Fund, to help keep the sites and services running efficiently. Each member of our executive board is required to take the legal minimum salary for their position.
What is the meaning of life?
To change what would otherwise happen.
